They had good info on local places to visit.

They had good info on local places to visit. ( restaurants etc)

First very impersonal as your key drops from the key hole, so if you have any issue on check in, it may take long to be resolved. Room was not cleaned over the 3 days that we were there. Courtyard needs some revamping, old and mildewed, would otherwise be a great spot to relaxe. What you see is not what you get, the junior suite room was cramped and not like in the pictures.

The position is perfect and the check-in / check out is very quick and practical.

The room was really humid. You could smell moist in the air. It is a pitty because the style of the room is really cool. To register yourself you must fill a form that you find in the room. It is practical but i could see also the form of the previous guest. So I guess it could be an issue for the privacy since i could see all the personal info of the previous guest.

Instructions in English were a little confusing, as the key locker is in the right, not the left of the door. Maybe a some photos with the arrival email could be helpful

If you would like to spend a nice day in Vienna centre, DO...

If you would like to spend a nice day in Vienna centre, DO NOT book here. This flat is on the ground level where you can hear every sound on the road outside. The staff are completely unhelpful, we had a train at 16:00 and wanted a late check out which we were not given, in fact, even to leave your luggage somewhere safe , you have to TAKE A BUS to a main office somewhere else completely. This is NOT a proper hotel. Horrible experience..

MISLEADING PHOTOS!!! NO DOORS ON THE BATHROOM! The flat is IN THE WINDOW SHOP! Very NOISY.

- Good heating - Comfy bed and pillows - We could leave our luggage at their office (completely different location than the flat!!!) - Average WiFi connection (not full strength signal)

- Misleading photos - the bathroom had NO DOORS, NOT EVEN A SHOWER CURTAIN which left 0 privacy for the guests - The "flat" is a refurbished shop basically, with big curtains to cover what was before a shop window...it felt insecure cause if you leave curtains a bit apart, anybody could see fully into the room - Very loud as it is on ground floor next to the street where cars pass regularly - The doors are ridiculously difficult to open/close and you need to have at least one key in the room cause you need it to close AND open the door...we had only ONE KEY left for both of us...they apologised but we didn't get the key the day after - Even the password of the little safe deposit box (where we were supposed to find the key) was wrong, so we had to call the office and spend my roaming on them - We could enter the room at 3pm, not as usual at 12h! It was an extra charge to enter before...and the check out was at 11am...shameful - If you wish to stay more than 1-2 days, you will have problems with storage...they have space only for 6 hangers and some drawers with not so big capacity

Nice flat, comfortable, well furnished, clean and with nice design. Self check in was quite convenient since we arrived late.

You can’t leave the luggage after check out unless at Their office, which is quite far away from the location. Would be nice if they said it upfront.

Despite what Booking says, this is not a Hotel.

Despite what Booking says, this is not a Hotel. Nobody is here to welcome you, there is no reception as it’s actually just a residential building. You have to manage yourself how to find the mysterious box on which you ll have to enter a pin code to get your key. The instructions aren’t clear at all, then it’s even more difficult to find in which room you have to stay (as nobody tells you in the mail your room number!!!!). If you are lucky you will finally arrive to a room with a LOT of humidity, the air is unbreathable, and it s almost impossible to keep the window open because you are literally in front of the trash on the ground floor where everybody can see you and enter the room. Oh, and there was a huge leak on the fridge, water was everywhere on the floor. Before knowing the situation, I asked them if they could keep my luggage somewhere because the check in is not until 3PM. Of course it was not possible, although the person on the phone did offer me to come to their main office 45mn walking from the room. I would definitely not recommend this « hotel ».

Urban style that needs some improvement

Nicely decorated, quiet (Der Kapitän), very good internet, great shower, friendly office.

The smell in the room is really bad (like cellar, moldy), there is no bell you can ring to the room from the entrance door, no room service (even for a longer stay), the office/reception is in another district not so well to organise, the threshold gap is not well marked (real danger of falling and injuring), really bad smell from the garbage bins ( 5 meters away from our entrance door in the courtyard, see my photos), pretty dark room despite of big windows, windows cannot be opened to air only if one remains in the room (unpractical)

„Gute, recht zentrale Lage, Zimmer OK, technisches Problem (Leitungen-Geräusche?) MUSS gelöst werden.

Lage relativ zentral und in der Nähe von interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sauberkeit des Zimmers sehr gut, Bettmatrazen in Ordnung.

1. Deutliche Zimmergeräusche des Leitungssystems (Raumheizung?) während der ganzen Nacht, daher sehr gestörter Schlaf. Ursache der Geräusche konnten wir nicht identifizieren. 2. Abstellmöglichkeit für Reisekoffer an den Tagen der Hin- und Rückreise nicht vorhanden.

„Wunderschöne, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft,...

Wunderschöne, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, sehr modern und komfortabel. Der Stil des Ursprungsgebäudes ist trotzdem erhalten und erfreut mit der Idee, das Alte mit dem Neuen sinnvoll zu verbinden.

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen und fanden es etwas kompliziert mit dem autarken einchecken.

Direkt an der Straße gelegen, man kann von draußen reinschauen. Relativ dunkel und laut (Zimmer 701) weil es wirklich direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Es gibt keine Zwischenreinigung, wahrscheinlich nur auf Anfrage. Das war uns recht, aber sollte erwähnt werden.

„Die Lokalität entspricht keinesfalls einer Hotel-Junior-Suite, sondern einem Ladenlokal umgebaut und

Die mit einem Tresorschloß mit Zahlen versehene Hotel-Junior Suite befand sich ein einem ehemaligen FischverkaufsLokel mit Zugang über eine Ladentüre vom Gehsteig der stark befahrenen Neustiftgasse. Der Verkehr Omnibus Verkehrsbetriebe etc lief Tag und Nacht. Zur Lüftung der Suite war nur eine Oberlichte im zur Straße gewandten Schaufenster kippbar. Service oder Empfang war nicht vorhanden. Zum Glück hatten wir das Telefon, sodaß wir an den "Ladenschlüssel" im seitlich angebrachten Zahlentresor in das umgebaute Ladenlokal, sprich Junior suite kamen. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und spartanisch, jedoch ausreichend. Ein Problem stellten die vielen Lichtschalter an allen möglichen Stellen dar, zum Teil durch Möbel verdeckt, Waschtisch. Zusammenfassung, das war keine Junior suite eines Hotels, sondern ein umgeautes Ladenlokal mit direktem Zugang auf den Bürgersteig und die Straße, ohne Umweg. Es kann sein, es gefällt einzelnen Globetrottern die auf Anonymität achten, aber KEINESFALLS WAR DAS EINE JUNIOR SUITE EINES HOTELS Dr. Federico G. wohnhaft Mallorca

Neues sehr sauberes Zimmer, mit Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeit, die Lage Nähe zum MQ. Die Umgebung mit einer größeren bunten Auswahl an internationalen.Lokalen.

Dass kein Personal anwesend war, haben uns dann aber durch das genaue Lesen des Emailes zurecht gefunden :-) Und die Zimmertür direkt zur Strasse, welche doch stark befahren ist.
